Quck Access Macro

Q: How do I assign a macro to a Quick Access Toolbar?

A: Please follow steps/screenshots below.

  1. Go to File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar
  2. In Choose commands from > Select Macros
  3. Choose the marco and click Add
  4. In Customize Quick Access Toolbar, choose if it will be applied for all documents or just a specific spreadsheet.
  5. Click Modify
  6. Select the symbol you want to use
  7. Click Ok
